Ram is redefining luxury with a new 2018 Ram Limited Tungsten Edition. Perhaps the most luxurious pickup ever made, the special Ram model is named after a rare metal known for its density and durability. Harder than steel and difficult to find, tungsten isn’t just refined—it’s also tough.
According to USA Today, the Tungsten edition will have a light gray suede headliner, premium leather, indigo carpet, headlamps with a black surround, and special badging. The black exterior is reserved yet bold, and the Tungsten edition makes a statement wherever it goes. It also comes with chrome details, limited-edition wheels, and Uconnect® 4C, each of which is a luxury that adds appeal to the latest Ram special edition.
“The Limited Tungsten Edition is the highest trim level Ram has made available,” Mike Manley, head of Ram, said in a statement. “Tungsten is considered a rare metal and known as one of the toughest things found in nature. The dense, heavy metal has the highest melting point of all the elements and is harder than steel.”
While there is no actual tungsten in the new Ram pickup, it is designed to stand apart unlike any other truck on the market. At Roger Williams CDJR, we can’t wait to see the Ram Limited Tungsten Edition in action.
