The 2015 Ram Power Wagon has won the Pickup Truck of the Year Award for 2015 from Four Wheeler magazine—and it’s the fourth time the off-road specialist truck has won the award in its ten years on (and off) the roads.
Obviously, that’s a great rate of success—but even more than that, it’s a testimony to Ram’s constant desire to improve its lineup. You see, the only trucks eligible for this particular award are all-new trucks or trucks with significant mechanical changes.
Obviously, Ram has been constantly improving its off-road truck almost every model year, ever since it first hit the market in 2005. The Power Wagon lives up to its name with a 6.4L HEMI engine with 410 horsepower and 428 lb-ft. of torque. Plus, it’s got amazing handling and suspension systems for a perfect driving experience, both on and off the roads.
Ram is obviously excited to be honored with an award by a magazine with such expertise. “Factory-built and engineered, our Power Wagon is, by far, the most capable off-road pickup available in production,” said Bob Hegbloom, President and CEO of Ram Truck Brand, FCA US LLC. “The Four Wheeler magazine staff is loaded with off-road expertise. We’re honored that they have again named the Ram Power Wagon with their Pickup Truck of the Year award.”
