The 49th Easter Jeep Safari has recently begun, meaning it’s time to check out the latest, greatest, and craziest concept models from Jeep, which offers a lineup of potential production designs annually.
This year, little was known about the concepts ahead of time, though two were teased in the past couple of weeks. There are ultimately seven different concepts at the Safari, four of which are based on the Wrangler.
The other designs are based on the Cherokee, Grand Cherokee, and new Renegade models. Each presents a bold twist on its foundational vehicle, with frequently bright colors and aggressive styling.
One of the previously teased concepts, the Red Rock Responder, stands out among the group. This loud, big-wheeled vehicle is ready to rescue in off-road conditions, housing “spare parts and tools that could come in handy” for emergencies.
Here’s a gallery of all seven designs, courtesy of Car and Driver. Are you hoping any of these concepts make it to production? Let us know what you think in the comments.
